Part 3 - The Radiance of Jesus Christ: A Beacon of Hope

Part 3 provides a detailed account of Jesus Christ's disciples, their unwavering faith, and their request for divine nourishment. It emphasizes their commitment to God and Jesus as a chosen messenger. The section also addresses the misconception of Jesus claiming divinity, highlighting his emphasis on monotheism. It further delves into the false charges of blasphemy against Jesus and the disputed Crucifixion, presenting an alternative perspective on these events. Additionally, it discusses the emergence of Christianity and the impact of Saint Paul on its development.

The Jesus Christ PBUH and His Disciples

The Faithful Disciples' Pledge

When Jesus (AS) sensed doubt among his people, he called out, "Who will stand up with me for God?" The disciples, unwavering in their belief, declared, "We will stand up for God. We believe in God, so bear witness that we have submitted."

Inspired by divine guidance, Jesus' (AS) disciples wholeheartedly embraced the message, affirming their faith in both God and His chosen messenger. They prayed, "Our Lord! We believe in Your revelations and follow the messenger, so count us among those who bear witness."

The Request for Divine Nourishment

Once, the disciples turned to Jesus (AS), addressing him, "O Jesus, son of Mary! Would your Lord be willing to send down to us a table spread with food from heaven?" Jesus responded, urging them to hold God in awe, should they be true believers.

The disciples clarified, "We only wish to eat from it to reassure our hearts, to verify you are indeed truthful to us, and to become its witnesses."

Jesus (AS), in sincere supplication, implored, "O God, our Lord! Send us from heaven a table spread with food as a feast for us - the first and last of us - and as a sign from You. Provide for us! You are indeed the Best Provider."

God granted their request, sending down the celestial banquet. However, He warned that anyone who denied its divine origin would face a punishment unlike any before.

The Disciples: True Believers of One God

These verses from divine knowledge affirm the unwavering faith of Jesus' disciples in the oneness of God. They diligently followed Jesus (AS), spreading the message exclusively to the Children of Israel, as guided by Jesus PBUH.

The disciples were entrusted with the task of delivering the pure message, untainted by any additions or corruptions.

Did Jesus Claim Divinity?

Contrary to some beliefs, Jesus Christ PBUH never asserted his divinity. He consistently emphasized monotheism and never made claims to divinity:

  • In the Gospel of John, he clarified that the words he spoke were not his own but were sent to him by his Father.

  • In another verse, he articulated that eternal life is in knowing there is One God, the same God who sent him.

  • When asked about attaining eternal life, he directed the questioner to keep the commandments, reinforcing the importance of obedience to God.

  • Jesus' (AS) own words and actions, as recorded in the Bible, disprove any claims of divinity on his part.

Rabbis' False Charges of Blasphemy

A faction of the Jewish community, swayed by rebel Rabbis, compromised their belief in God and opposed Jesus (AS) for their own dominance. Despite witnessing miracles and acknowledging Jesus (AS) as the awaited Christ, they chose infidelity for worldly gains.

These individuals falsely accused Jesus (AS) of blasphemy and orchestrated his trial, ultimately leading to a verdict of his crucifixion. However, in a divine twist, God saved Jesus (AS), allowing a hypocrite to take his place on the cross.

While the Roman soldiers executed the imposter, Jesus (AS) remained alive, a testament to God's intervention. This event shattered the illusion of victory for those who opposed God's messenger.

This account serves as a powerful reminder of the consequences of straying from the divine path and the ultimate triumph of God's chosen messengers.

False Story about “Crucifixion and Death” of Jesus PBUH

The Disputed Crucifixion

There exists no authenticated source or eyewitness confirming the Crucifixion and Death of Jesus (AS). Even within the Bible, there are hints that suggest the story of the Crucifixion may have been fabricated. In a light-hearted note, one might humorously propose adding the term "Crucifiction" to the dictionary.

God's divine plan foiled the disbelievers' plot, as God declared, "O Jesus! I will take you and raise you up to Myself. I will deliver you from those who disbelieve and elevate your followers above the disbelievers until the Day of Judgment."

For those who disbelieve, God promises severe punishment in this life and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers. However, those who believe and do good will be richly rewarded.

Jesus: Raised Alive

Prophet Jesus, son of Mary (AS), was the Messenger of God sent among the Children of Israel through a miraculous birth. He was neither crucified nor died, but was raised to Heaven alive. It is prophesized that he will return to Earth before the end of time to fulfill his mission.

The Claim of Divine Sonship

To assert that God begot a son named Jesus (AS) is considered one of the greatest blasphemies. Unfortunately, this belief has been held by the majority of Christendom for the past two millennia. This belief, together with the notion that Jesus died for the salvation of believers' sins, has become central to Christian doctrine.

The Trinity

Initially, the concept of the Trinity included God the Father, His Son Jesus, and Mary as the Mother of God's Son. Over time, this evolved to the Holy Ghost being the third person in the Trinity. The term "Trinity" itself is not found in the Hebrew Bible. How can a human of average intellect understand the meaning of, "Three in One and One in Three"?

Emergence of Christianity

Originally, the followers of Jesus (AS) were regarded as a sect within Judaism. However, over time, this sect evolved into a separate religion known as Christianity. The religion was further shaped by the teachings of Paul, who had never personally met Jesus (AS). Paul's influence led to significant changes in the beliefs and practices of the followers of Jesus.

Paul's Impact

Saint Paul, also known as Saul, contributed a significant portion of the text in the New Testament, despite never having met Jesus in person. He played a pivotal role in redirecting the course of Christianity, replacing the concept of 'God' with 'Christ' and the concept of 'Messenger' with 'himself'. This resulted in the formation of entirely a new religion having no direct relation with the teachings of Jesus Christ (AS).

Analysis of Paul's Influence

Paul's intervention in the Monotheistic Religion of Jesus Christ (AS) led to significant deviations from the original teachings. The majority of Christians were drawn to the concept of free Salvation, shifting from Monotheism to Polytheism. It is essential for individuals to utilize their natural faculties of intellect and discernment in matters of faith.

While true followers of Jesus (AS), led initially by the Disciples and later by other staunch believers, resisted the addition of false concepts in the religion, rebellious factions within Judaism have cunningly claimed righteousness while adhering to a form of Monotheism.

This historical perspective serves as a reminder of the complexities and evolutions within religious belief systems over time, highlighting the importance of independent inquiry and discernment in matters of faith.
